Lupe [1]

The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences is one of the largest and most important of its kind in Germany. About 6,800 students are currently enrolled at the Faculty of whom 30 percent come from abroad.

The Faculty offers 6 bachelor's and 8 master's degree programs [2].

All programs benefit from a unique network of research institutes [3] with which the Faculty is linked. The Faculty consolidates its research expertise in six research foci [4], so called 'Labs'. Together, they create a unique information-technology research environment ensuring a state-of-the-art education for our students and embodying the saying: "Only those do research know tomorrow’s topics”.

Switch to online courses

The digital lecture period for the summer semester begins on April 20, 2020. This situation is also unusual for us and we are breaking new ground. Probably some things will not immediately work out the way we imagine. Please be patient with us. Nevertheless, even under these circumstances we want to try to compensate for canceled on-site classes and services with digital offers. Which modules will be offered online for the summer semester as well as further information you will find on this website [5]. Offers in English language will be marked accordingly. Please continue to check back for updates.

TU Berlin's crisis committee provides important information on immediate measures and recommendations on how to act during the situation caused by the Coronavirus, as well as related information from the decentralized institutions of the university (including the Examinations Office, Office of Student Affairs, Academic Advising Service) here [6].
