The faculty offers different possibilities to collect abroad experiences during the study, it is by a foreign semester or an internship abroad or by a double-track study which is concluded with a double bachelor or double master, e.g., the university of Porto Alegre in Brazil attracts with both an exchange program as well as with a double bachelor's degree in computer science.

Foreign applicants for a Master's program at the Faculty IV

Foreign applicants who wish to obtain a Master's degree at the Faculty IV of TU Berlin should read the information on application and enrollment and on the degree programs offered by the Faculty IV. Email inquiries regarding admission issues for Master's programs at Faculty IV must be directed exclusively to this provided for this purpose. The Study-Abroad Supervisor advises both TU students and instructional staff members who would like to go abroad as well as foreign students who come to the TU Berlin on exchange programmes.

Among his tasks, among others, is an initial consultation general first deliberation, the pre-departure and post-return briefing of exchange, Erasmus+ and dual-degree program participants, and providing assistance with the recognition of academic credits earned abroad. In addition, he is responsible for program coordination and development.
